Deskwisp

Terms of service

Last updated October 25, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Deskwisp ("we", "us") for using the Deskwisp app for Windows, our website and the services behind them ("Deskwisp"). By making an account or using Deskwisp, you agree to them. If you use it for a business, you agree to them for that business too, and you confirm you may bind it. Questions go to hello@deskwisp.com.

Your account

You need to be at least 18 to use Deskwisp. Give us true details, and keep your sign-in safe: you're responsible for what happens in your account, including what your bots do in it. Tell us straight away if you think someone else got into it. One person or business may use the Free plan once; making extra accounts to get more free use isn't allowed.

Plans and billing

Your bots and what they do

Your bots act for you, with the apps, accounts, files and permissions you give them. Before they send, create or pay for something, Deskwisp asks you, unless you turned that off for a bot (it then acts without asking). Either way, what your bots do is done for you: you're responsible for what you ask them to do, what you approve, and what you let them do on their own.

Bots use AI, and AI makes mistakes. Check their work before you rely on it, especially for anything legal, financial, medical or otherwise important. Deskwisp isn't a lawyer, an accountant, a doctor or any other professional, and what your bots write isn't professional advice.

When your bots use other websites and apps for you (with your logins, on their computers or on your PC), you're responsible for following those services' rules, including any that limit automated use.

You decide what information, files, logins and accounts your bots get, and what they do with them on their computers and on your PC. You're responsible for that information and for keeping your own copies of anything important: bots can change or delete things when you ask them to, and computers can be reset.

Phone calls, texts and email

Your bots' phone numbers and iMessage lines are yours: you buy them on your own AgentPhone account, and Deskwisp only connects your bots to them. If your bots call, text or email people for you, you're responsible for doing it lawfully where those people are: having their consent where the law asks for it (for example before marketing texts or calls), honoring requests to stop (bots stop texting a number that replies STOP), saying a call may be recorded where that's required, and never pretending a bot is a person when someone asks. Don't use Deskwisp for bulk or cold messages to people who didn't ask for them.

Skills, plugins and files

You choose the skills and plugins your bots use: ones you write or upload, and ones you add from public libraries on GitHub made by others (Anthropic, OpenAI and anyone whose library you add). They're not ours: they come with their own licenses, which apply to you, and we don't check, promise or support what's in them. Only add ones you trust: a skill tells your bots what to do, and you're responsible for what they do with it. The same goes for files you attach: they're yours to share, and you're responsible for having the right to.

What you may not do

We may stop a task, pause a bot or suspend an account that breaks these rules or puts others at risk, and close it when the problem is serious or keeps happening.

Your content

What you and your bots put into Deskwisp, and what your bots make for you, stays yours. You let us store, process and send it only to run Deskwisp for you, as our privacy policy explains. We don't use it to train AI models. Make sure you have the right to give your bots the information, files and accounts you give them.

Deskwisp itself (the app, the website, our designs, names and logos) is ours, and these terms don't give you any rights to it beyond using Deskwisp. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without owing you anything.

Other services

Deskwisp works with services run by others, such as the apps you connect, the AI models your bots use, your bots' computers and phone numbers, and payments. Their terms apply to your use of them, and we're not responsible for what they do or for them being unavailable.

Changes and availability

Deskwisp is updated often, and features may change or go. We work to keep it running, but it may sometimes be unavailable. When a change takes away something you pay for, we'll tell you in advance.

Ending

You can stop using Deskwisp and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may end these terms or your account if you break them, or if we stop offering Deskwisp, in which case we'll give you notice and a way to take your information with you. The parts of these terms that by their nature should last (what you owe us, your content, disclaimers and limits on responsibility) keep applying after that.

Disclaimers

Deskwisp is provided "as is" and "as available". As far as the law allows, we don't promise that it will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free or fit for a particular purpose, or that its bots' work will be correct or complete.

Limits on our responsibility

As far as the law allows, we're not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, or for what your bots do on your instructions, with your approval or with the skills, files, accounts and numbers you give them, and our total responsibility for any claim is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before it and 100 US dollars. Nothing in these terms limits responsibility that the law doesn't allow us to limit, or takes away rights you have as a consumer where you live.

If someone makes a claim because of your use

If someone makes a claim against us because of how you used Deskwisp (for example messages your bots sent for you, content you gave them, or breaking these terms or the law), you'll cover our reasonable costs and losses from it, as far as the law allows.

The rest

These terms, with our privacy policy, are the whole agreement about Deskwisp. If a part of them can't be enforced, the rest still applies. Not enforcing a part right away doesn't mean we give it up. You can't pass these terms to someone else without our OK; we may pass them on as part of a merger or sale of our business. Neither of us is responsible for delays caused by things outside our reasonable control.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we'll update the date at the top, and tell you in the app or by email when the change matters. If you keep using Deskwisp after a change applies, you accept it.
